We are seeking a highly strategic and hands-on Head of Creative Operations to serve as the second-in-command to the Creative Director and the direct manager of the Los Angeles creative team. Acting as the gatekeeper of information for the Creative Director, you will oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of all creative output for Réalisation Par.
This role sits at the center of the brand’s storytelling engine - translating vision into campaigns, content, and experiences—while ensuring operational excellence and cross-functional alignment. You will manage the LA-based creative studio (Production, Social Media, and Graphic Design), oversee campaign production budgets and timelines, and work closely with cross-regional teams to bring brand moments to life at scale.
- Serve as the primary operational partner and deputy to the Creative Director, ensuring their vision is translated effectively across campaigns and content
- Act as gatekeeper of information for the Creative Director, filtering, prioritizing, and streamlining communication to protect creative focus
- Partner with the Creative Director to translate seasonal brand vision into campaign concepts and creative strategies
- Work directly with the Creative Director and Producer from concept through to outcome on local and global shoots, managing the rollout of global campaigns across all channels - including e-commerce, social, retail, and marketing touchpoints
- Ensure all creative output aligns with brand storytelling, visual identity, and commercial objectives
- Collaborate with the Head of Partnerships on all brand collaborations, negotiations, and creative contracts
- Apply a strong production background to independently produce smaller local shoots when required
- Helping to create store terms, conditions and guidelines, returns process etc
- Lead and directly manage the Los Angeles based creative team, fostering a culture of collaboration, creativity, and accountability
- Oversee production budgets, timelines, and resource planning to ensure efficient delivery of creative initiatives
- Partner with external production companies and internal finance to maintain budget oversight and cash flow allocation
- Establish and optimize workflows, tools, and systems to support content production and asset management at scale
- Liaise with the London Design Team to align on launches, calendars, and scheduling
- Drive the creative team to expand and continually evolve the gifting and influencer program
- Act as the central bridge between Creative, Marketing, E-commerce, and Finance teams to drive alignment and execution
- Manage vendor relationships including photographers, stylists, producers, agencies, and freelancers, ensuring brand consistency and cost efficiency
- Oversee team reporting on post-campaign analysis and process improvements to leadership
- Recruit, develop, and mentor creative talent within the LA-based studio team
- Champion a positive, solutions-focused environment where innovation and experimentation are encouraged
- 7+ years of experience in fashion, creative production, or brand operations, with 3+ years in a leadership role
- Proven experience leading end-to-end execution of campaigns, content, or brand launches at a high-growth fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brand
- Deep understanding of creative processes, production workflows, and brand-building principles
- Strong ability to balance creative vision with operational efficiency and budget accountability
