CHRISTMAS SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
Due to peak season with couriers, for any orders being purchased as Christmas gifts, we recommend placing your order prior to Tuesday December 12th to ensure that the order arrives in time for Christmas Day. This date applies to orders made with Standard Shipping, please allow 5-10 working days for delivery. For orders being sent to the UK, Germany, Russia and non-metro areas you should allow up to 14 working days for your parcel to arrive.

Express shipping is currently unavailable.

Yes we do! We offer international shipping to all destinations. 

HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Each order is charged at a flat rate of $15 USD for standard shipping and $29 USD for express shipping. 
Our shipping price is a flat rate regardless of location or how many pieces you order. 

*Please note: Shipping costs are exclusive of any import tax and duties which may apply to international orders in your country. For more information see below. 

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
We have two shipping options:
1) Standard Shipping:  4-7 business days to major cities, world-wide. (*Excludes the UK, Germany and Russia) 
2) Express International Shipping: 2-4 business days to major cities, world-wide. (*Excludes the UK, Germany and Russia) 
 *Note: If your location is non-metro, the UK, Russia or Germany, your order will be sent via EMS and can take up to 14 business days to arrive. Express shipping to these locations is not available. There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control.

Please allow for 1-2 working days from when your order is first place to pick and pack your order.
Our cut-off time for same day dispatch is 3:00 PM, (Australian Eastern Standard Time) Monday - Friday. 
Orders placed after 3:00PM AEST or during the weekends will be shipped the following business day.
Northern Hemisphere customers please note, this may mean that you are a day behind our team due to time zone differences. Please take note of this when considering delivery timeframes, especially for express orders. 

WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48 hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available, and your order status is also changed to 'Shipped'.
As we ship orders Monday - Friday AEST, tracking details can only be supplied on weekdays. 
Note: Your order will be marked with the status 'Order Received' or 'Awaiting Pick Up' until tracking details have been supplied to us by the courier. Therefore, your order status will not be changed to 'Shipped' until after the package is already in transit. If you did not receive this email with tracking details after 48 hours of placing your order, please feel free to contact us at: talktomebaby@realisationpar.com

Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. In most cases delivery will require a signature to confirm that the package has been received.  

WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
All our orders are shipped via a third party warehouse out of China and L.A. We predominately use DHL and USPS for deliveries to major cities. EMS is used for deliveries to remote locations (non-metro), the UK, Russia, and Germany.
Note: EMS deliveries can take up to 14 business days to arrive. 
Packages sent via EMS will be handed to your local postal service for final delivery.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
Regulations for import duties and taxes applied to international purchases made online vary from country to country. Réalisation does not cover any duties and taxes which may be applied to your order by your local government. Any duties payable are seperate to your order amount and payable directly by the customer. Please contact your local customs offices for more information. 

When calculating your order value to local currency, please remember that all our prices are charged in US Dollars. 
German customers, please note that all packages sent to Germany will incur customs duties on top of your order. UK customers should be aware that VAT charges will apply to purchases upon receipt of your order. Australian customers, should note that any order over the value of $1000 AUD will incur incoming tax duties.
