Our cut-off time for same day dispatch is 3:00 PM, (Australian Eastern Standard Time) Monday - Friday.
Orders placed after 3:00PM AEST or during the weekends will be shipped the following business day.
Northern Hemisphere customers please note, this may mean that you are a day behind our team due to time zone differences. Please take note of this when considering delivery timeframes, especially for express orders.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48 hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available, and your order status is also changed to 'Shipped'.
As we ship orders Monday - Friday AEST, tracking details can only be supplied on weekdays.
Note: Your order will be marked with the status 'Awaiting Fulfilment' or 'Awaiting Pick Up' until tracking details have been supplied to us by the courier. Therefore, your order status will not be changed to 'Shipped' until after the package is already in transit. If you did not receive this email with tracking details after 48 hours of placing your order, please feel free to contact us at: firstname.lastname@example.org
Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. In most cases delivery will require a signature to confirm that the package has been received.
