WHERE CAN I PURCHASE RÉALISATION?

Réalisation garments are exclusively available to purchase online here at realisationpar.com and via our official TMALL store for our Chinese customers. Réalisation Par garments cannot be purchased from any other online stores or retailers. For shipping to addresses in the United Kingdom, please visit our UK website: uk.realisationpar.com or eu.realisationpar.com for shipping to European addresses.

WHERE ARE RÉALISATION PIECES MADE?

Réalisation pieces are designed in-house and then produced by our manufacturing teams in Nanjing, China. Silk has been a specialty fabric of this region for thousands of years and we work with experts in their field. We have a long term relationship with our production factory partners, and their teams are highly skilled and industry specialists. All of our silk pieces are made from 100% silk as it is a natural fibre which is lightweight and versatile, and our prints are Réalisation original designs with each print trademarked to our brand. Our Réal Merch collection is made using 100% cotton for comfort, breathability and ease of wear.

WHAT MAKES RÉALISATION PIECES SPECIAL?

By creating individual pieces rather than collections, we seek to provide you with those special items that we felt were missing from our own wardrobes and put them in to yours. That is the core intent of the brand. We design each piece as an addition to your own personal style and only produce items we really believe in. We are seasonless; we simply make beautiful clothes and ensure that each design is special enough to offer a timeless appeal. We want our pieces to have a permanent place in your wardrobe, and to be worn and loved for many years to come.

Réalisation Par was built on the foundation that a great dress, is always a great dress. And that a great fabric can make a piece not only feel luxurious but it can also be very versatile. That is why we choose to use 100% silk. Our manufacturing partners are specialists with this fabric and are a highly skilled team who bring our visions to life. We design all our prints exclusively in-house, and each print is instantly recognisable and authentically ours. When you wear Réalisation, we want you to feel beautiful, powerful, and confident that you can go anywhere and do anything. You are the Réal deal.

WILL I RECEIVE A FREE TOTE BAG WITH MY PURCHASE?

We have recently changed our ‘tote bag with every order’ gifting program to be more eco-conscious.

When the totes are in stock, customers will be provided with an option to add a free tote to their order by selecting ‘Add To Bag’ or the alternative of ‘No Thanks’. If you have been lucky enough to have received a free tote with a previous purchase from us, we encourage you to re-use and continue to love the one you already have.

If the option does not appear in your mini cart when completing your purchase on the website, then the totes are currently out of stock and will be coming back soon. Each Réalisation cotton tote is a limited edition and subject to availability. 

Please note, we do not include Réalisation tote bags with the shipping of exchanges.

What currency do you charge?

All of our products are priced in US Dollars (USD). Your credit card will be charged in US Dollars and then converted to your local currency by your bank on your account statement. Please note, that Réalisation is a Hong Kong registered business therefore, an international transaction fee may also be charged by your bank.

What payment methods do you accept?

Credit Cards: We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards, via the Braintree checkout gateway, we also accept Paypal. Unfortunately we do not accept Amex cards.

Apple Pay is available for customers completing their purchase via compatible Apple devices.

Paypal Pay in 4 is available as a buy now, pay later option in 4 easy interest-free instalments.

ZIP (formally known as QuadPay), is another 4-instalment payment option, is available to US and Canada based customers, so you can shop now and pay later.

Google Pay is also available for customers with registered accounts. 

For our Chinese customers we also accept payment via: AliPay, Union Pay and WeChat Pay. A Chinese shipping destination must be entered for these payment options to be made available at the checkout. Note: WeChat Pay is only available for desktop users and cannot be processed on mobile devices.

Our customer service team is available online 6 days a week, Monday - Saturday, and work across different time zones for our international customers. Any enquiries sent on a Sunday or public holiday will be responded to the following business day.

 

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?

We get it, sizing can be difficult, that’s why we’re here to help! Send us an email at [email protected] and we’ll help figure out the best size for you. On each product page you can find all the individual garment fit notes and measuring guide under ‘View Sizing Chart.’ Please keep in mind some of our dress styles are mini, and may not be suitable for customers over 5”9’.

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?

We offer global shipping to most destinations. Packages will be sent from our central warehouse in China, via our 3PL partner DONG GUAN YI DA DIAN SHIANG. For orders with shipping addresses in the United Kingdom or Europe, please shop our regional website for the UK uk.realisationpar.com or EU eu.realisationpar.com.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, therefore, Réalisation will accept returns and exchanges on full price purchases, provided the request is made within 14 days of receiving the package and meets our return policy. All returns need to be sent to our returns centre located in Los Angeles, California. See the Returns and Exchanges page for more information.

WHAT IF MY ORDER IS MISSING AN ITEM(S)?

Each order upon picking and packing prior to dispatch is weighed to confirm inclusion of all ordered items. Upon dispatch the courier confirms weight of the parcel. Réalisation cannot be held responsible for missing items when courier and fulfillment center confirmed delivery of all ordered items via visual and written confirmation. Please email us straight away at [email protected] so we can review the matter. Claims for reimbursement must be made between the buyer and carrier. 

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?

We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us straight away at [email protected] so we can review the matter.

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM YOUR ONLINE STORE?

Definitely. All payments processed through our website are made via secure payment gateways and any purchase made from either realisationpar.com, uk.realisationpar.com or eu.realisationpar.com are guaranteed to be authentic.

WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

Once an order is submitted online, it cannot be changed or cancelled. As orders are placed online, they are sent through to the warehouse for packing, and once an order reaches the warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the order has been received.

Réalisation cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
