 LA Office Assistant 
 
Job Location: Los Angeles, USA 
2-3 days a week
 

Requirements: 

  • A no-task-too-small attitude
  • A reliable car, must be able to fit a 9' paper roll
  • Ability to lift 35 pounds
  • Effective communication skills
  • Ideally at least 12 months experience working with another brand or relevant internships

Responsibilities:

  • Office errands: 
    - Schedule Fedex collections + drop off

    - Coordinate with producer on film and shoot supplies (paper roll, film, batteries, super 8)
  • Manage office supplies and film stock levels 
  • Coordinate with Creative Producer on film processing and scanning via lab
  • Assist with on-set production as needed by the Creative Producer
    - Running errands prior to shoot to assist with shoot preparation
  • Available to run errands on shoot days
  • Work with Creative Producer and Content Coordinator on documentation of gifting samples
  • Packing of gifting
  • Motivated to take on additional responsibilities if needed
  • Maintain clean and organised office space - coordination of cleaner + any associated office maintenance
