Shipping

Do you ship globally?

Yes we do! We offer international shipping to most destinations worldwide.
Shipping to Russia and Ukraine have been temporarily suspended.
Packages will be sent from our central warehouse in Shenzhen, China, via our 3PL partner DONG GUAN YI DA DIAN SHIANG.
We do not fulfil any orders via the drop shipping method.

How much is shipping?

Each order is charged at a flat rate of $10 USD for standard shipping.
Our shipping price is a flat rate regardless of location or how many pieces you order.
We are currently offering free standard shipping on orders over $300 USD.

*Please note: Shipping costs are exclusive of any import tax or customs duties which may be payable on delivery to your country. For more information see below.

HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?

  • Please allow time for your order to be received and processed by our warehouse team. From then, Standard Shipping: 5-8 business days approximately to most major cities, world-wide. Please note, some countries will take longer so for the most accurate information, please refer to the days quoted upon checkout
  • Non-metro locations will be shipped via EMS Postal Service which will take approximately 10-14 business days.

During peak, promotional and holiday periods, shipping timeframes may be subject to change. Please refer to the shipping timeframes quoted at the checkout for shipping to your destination. Please note, we cannot ship to PO Box or APO/Armed Forces addresses.

Please note, COVID-19 may affect some delivery timeframes, with some courier services occasionally experiencing unexpected delays in transit, or delays in the providing tracking details.

How long after placing my order will it be shipped?

Please allow 1-2 business days from when your order is first placed for the warehouse to pick and pack your order for shipping. Northern Hemisphere customers this may mean that you are a day behind our team due to time zone differences. Please take note of this when considering delivery timeframes. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday.

During peak, promotional and holiday periods, processing timeframes may be subject to change and getting your order may take longer to be on the move than expected. We thank you for your patience during these times.

When will my pre-order ship?

Once you have secured your item, we will ship it to you as soon as it becomes available. As soon as your pre-ordered piece has been sent, you’ll receive an email with the tracking details, so you know when to expect it. We will reach out to the email address associated with your order to advise is there are any expected delays.

When will I get a tracking number?

Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily track the progress of your order. Please allow 48-hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available.
As we ship orders Monday - Friday, tracking details cannot be supplied on weekends.

Please note: Your order status will be marked as 'Order Received' until tracking details have been supplied to us by the courier. Your order status is changed to 'Shipped' after the package is already in transit.

Please allow up to 5 days for the supply of tracking details for deliveries to Chinese addresses.

How can I track my order?

Once in transit and your order has been allocated a tracking number, you will be emailed tracking details.
You can also track your order status via our AfterShip Tracking Page - CLICK HERE TO TRACK

You can view your order shipping status on this page by entering your order number and email address/phone number, or the tracking number itself.

Which courier do you use?

Our orders are shipped via third party warehouses located in China and L.A. We predominately use Fedex for deliveries to major cities. Please note, Réalisation reserves the right to ship via an alternate courier where required.

SF Express is most commonly used for deliveries to Chinese addresses. 

EMS Postal Service is used for deliveries to non-metro, regional locations. Packages sent via EMS will be handed to your local postal service for final delivery. Local office examples are below:

Australia: Australia Post
South Korea: Korea Post
Canada: Canada Post
Russia: Russian Post *temporarily suspended*

Will I have to pay any taxes or duties?

Our main warehouse ships orders directly from China. Regulations for import duties and taxes vary from country to country. We have no control over these charges and we cannot predict their amount. Unless otherwise stated, our garment prices and shipping costs are exclusive of all import duties and taxes. All orders are sent on a Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU) basis.

Réalisation does not cover any duties, taxes or associated handling fees which may be applied to your order by your local government. Please be aware that you will be responsible for payment of these costs upon delivery of your order. Please contact your local customs office for more information. We are not responsible for replacing or refunding any orders that are stuck in customs clearance. 

Our prices are charged in US Dollars (USD). Please be aware of your local currency conversion rates when calculating the value of your order.

Australia: Orders shipped to Australian addresses are inclusive of GST. Orders over the value of $1000 AUD will incur additional import duties and taxes.

Singapore: From 1st January 2023, all Singapore bound orders, regardless of order total, will have the GST/VAT amount charged upon checkout. Please make sure to provide a copy of your order confirmation if Singapore customs make any attempt to charge you the GST/VAT amount again upon entry. Our GST number is M90374698G should you need to provide.

USA: Orders shipped to US addresses over the value of $800 USD, per order, will incur import taxes and duties.

Canada: Orders shipped to Canada will incur taxes and duties payable to the courier on delivery. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
