HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Each order is charged at a flat rate of $15 USD for standard shipping and $29 USD for express shipping.
Our shipping price is a flat rate regardless of location or how many pieces you order.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders can be sent two ways:
1) Standard delivery services: To major cities, these are usually received in 4-7 business days.
2) Express International Shipping: To major cities, these are usually received in 2-4 business days.
If your location is slightly more remote, you will be notified after purchasing and your order can take up to 14 business days. There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery timeframe, which unfortunately are beyond our control.
Please allow for 1-2 working days from when your order is first place to pick and pack your order.
Our cut-off time for same day dispatch is 3:00 PM, (Australian Eastern Standard Time) Monday - Friday.
Orders placed after 3:00PM AEST or during the weekends will be shipped the following business day.
Northern Hemisphere customers please note, this may mean that you are a day behind our team due to time zone differences. Please take note of this when considering delivery timeframes, especially for express orders.
WILL I GET A TRACKING NUMBER?
Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily, and quickly track the progress of your order. Please allow 48 hours from the time your order is first placed, until tracking information is made available, and your order status is also changed to 'Shipped'.
As we ship orders Monday - Friday AEST, tracking details can only be supplied on weekdays.
Please note, your order will be marked with the status 'Awaiting Fulfilment' or 'Awaiting Pick Up' until tracking details have been supplied to us by the carrier. Therefore, your order status will not be changed to 'Shipped' until after the package is already in transit. Typically this is the day after an order is actually shipped.

Please ensure your delivery address is attended during business hours to ensure you are able to accept delivery of your package. In most cases delivery will require a signature to confirm that the package has been received.
WHICH COURIER DO YOU USE?
All our orders are shipped via a third party warehouse out of China and L.A. We mainly use DHL and USPS for all deliveries to major cities, with EMS being used to more remote locations. You can track parcels via the DHL, USPS, or the EMS website. If you are having any problems tracking your items please email firstname.lastname@example.org
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
Regulations for import duties and taxes as they relate to international purchases made online vary from country to country. Please be aware that Réalisation will not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made.
The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed to your order, will rest with the customer and will not be reimbursed. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties applicable in your own country. In the instance of calculating your order value for tax purposes, please remember that all our prices are charged in US Dollars and you may need to apply a conversion to your local currency.
Australian customers, please note that any individual order over the value of $1000 AUD will incur incoming tax duties.
