WHERE CAN I PURCHASE RÉALISATION?
Réalisation garments are exclusively available here at our realisationpar.com online store, and cannot be purchased via any other website or store.
WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE?
All of our products are priced in US Dollars (USD). Your credit card will be charged in US Dollars and then converted to your local currency on your bank statement. Please note, that Réalisation is a Hong Kong registered business therefore, an international transaction fee may also be charged by your bank.
Apple Pay is available for customers completing their purchase via compatible Apple devices.
QuadPay, a 4-instalment payment option, is now available to US based customers, so you can shop now and pay later.
Unfortunately we cannot accept Amex cards.
WHAT IS QUADPAY?
QuadPay, which is available to US customers, allows you to shop now and spilt the purchase amount into 4 interest free payments, spread over 6 weeks. There are no fees if you pay on time. Simply select QuadPay at the checkout.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Hey we get it, sizing can be difficult, that’s why we’re here to help! Come chat on our online chat window or send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll help figure out the best size for you. On each product page you can find all the individual garment fit notes under ‘View Sizing Chart.’ Please keep in mind some of our dress styles are mini, and may not be suitable for customers over 5”9’.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We offer global shipping with a flat rate standard or express shipping option to all destinations. Packages will be sent from our central warehouse in China. See our Shipping page for more information.
WHERE ARE RÉALISATION PIECES MADE?
Réalisation Par pieces are designed by our creative team in Los Angeles and Australia then produced by our factory team in China. All our garment prints are Réalisation original designs and each print is trademarked to our brand.
WHAT IS OUR RETURNS POLICY?
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, therefore, Réalisation will accept returns and exchanges on purchases, provided the request is made within 7 days of receiving the package and meets our return policy.
All returns need to be sent our returns centre located in Los Angeles, California.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us straight away at email@example.com so we can review the matter.
IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM YOUR ONLINE STORE?
Definitely. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
WHAT IF I WANT TO CHANGE OR CANCEL MY ORDER?
Once an order is submitted online, it cannot be changed or cancelled. As orders are placed they are sent through the the warehouse for packing, and once an order reaches the warehouse, we are unable to cancel it. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the order has been received.
Réalisation cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order. Please ensure you check all shipping details carefully before submitting your order.
NON-ACCEPTANCE OF A DELIVERY:
If a customer will not accept delivery of their order, or should the necessary customs duties or taxes not be paid by the customer in order to complete the delivery, Réalisation will not be able to issue a refund on the full order price. Refunds can only be processed once the original garment is received back at our warehouse. Therefore, any associated return fees as a result of a customer not taking delivery of their order will need to be deducted from the original order price within a refund amount.
DO YOU OFFER GIFT CARDS?
Sorry, we don't yet offer gift cards as an option.
