WHERE CAN I PURCHASE RÉALISATION?
Réalisation garments are exclusively available at the realisationpar.com online store and cannot be purchased anywhere else.

WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE?
All of our products are priced in US Dollars (USD). Your credit card will be charged in US dollars and converted to your local currency on your bank statement.

WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discovery cards.
We do not take Amex cards.

HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?
We operate through a mobile office across multiple time zones.

Our customer service team is available online 6 days a week, excluding Sundays.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Hey we get it, sizing can be difficult, that’s why we’re here to help! Come chat on our online chat window or shoot us an email at talktomebaby@realisationpar.com and we’ll help figure out the best size for you. On each product page you can find all the individual garment fit notes under ‘View Sizing Chart.’ Please keep in mind some of our dress styles are mini, and may not be suitable for customers over 5”9’. 

WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We offer global shipping with a flat rate standard or express shipping option to all destinations. 

Packages will be sent from our central warehouse in China. See Shipping page for more information.

WHERE IS REALISATION MADE?
Réalisation Par pieces are designed and created in Los Angeles and Australia then produced by our team in China. All our garment prints are trademarked.

WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, therefore, Réalisation will accept returns and exchanges on pruchases provided the request is made within 7 days of receiving the package and meets our return policy requirements.  
All returns need to be sent our returns centre located in Los Angeles, California.

WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us straight away at talktomebaby@realisationpar.com so we can review the matter. 

IS IT SAFE TO ORDER FROM YOUR ONLINE STORE?
Definitely. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.

CANCELLATION OR CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Please note that orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processed. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once received.
Réalisation will not be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order.
