Express shipping is not available during the VOGUE ONLINE SHOPPING NIGHT promotion. Standard shipping time will be 5-10 business days from date of order. Please allow up to 3 days after placing your order for the order status to be changed to 'Shipped' and for tracking details to be supplied. Details will be sent to you via email as soon as they are available. Orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processed.
WHERE CAN I PURCHASE RÉALISATION?
Réalisation garments are exclusively available here at our realisationpar.com online store, and cannot be purchased via any other website.
WHAT CURRENCY DO YOU CHARGE?
All of our products are priced in US Dollars (USD).
Your credit card will be charged in US dollars and then converted to your local currency on your bank statement.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover cards, via the Braintree checkout gateway, along with Paypal payments.
We cannot accept Amex cards.

WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
Hey we get it, sizing can be difficult, that’s why we’re here to help! Come chat on our online chat window or shoot us an email at email@example.com and we’ll help figure out the best size for you. On each product page you can find all the individual garment fit notes under ‘View Sizing Chart.’ Please keep in mind some of our dress styles are mini, and may not be suitable for customers over 5”9’.
WHERE DO YOU SHIP TO?
We offer global shipping with a flat rate standard or express shipping option to all destinations.

WHERE ARE RÉALISATION PIECES MADE?
Réalisation Par pieces are designed by our creative team in Los Angeles and Australia then produced by our team in China.
All our garment prints are our own original designs and each print is trademarked to our brand.
WHAT IS OUR RETURN POLICY?
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, therefore, Réalisation will accept returns and exchanges on purchases, provided the request is made within 7 days of receiving the package and meets our return policy.
All returns need to be sent our returns centre located in Los Angeles, California.

We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can review the matter.

Definitely. We do not store any credit card details nor do we share your personal information with any third party.
CANCELLATION OR CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Please note that orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processed. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once the item/s have been received. Réalisation will not be held liable for the reimbursement of any shipping costs for change of mind purchases or due to the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order.
