All of our products are priced in US Dollars (USD).
HOW CAN I CONTACT YOU?
We operate through a mobile office. The quickest way to contact us is by sending an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will get back to you as soon as possible.
Our office hours are 10:00am - 7:00pm Monday - Friday (Australian Eastern Savings Time).
Please note, our customer service team is based in the Southern hemisphere and therefore may operate in a different time zone to some of our global customers.
Any enquiries that are made outside of our office hours or over the weekend will be responded to as soon as possible upon our return to the office.
WHAT PAYMENT METHODS DO YOU ACCEPT?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discovery cards, and Paypal.
We do not take Amex cards.
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Orders can be sent two ways:
1) Standard delivery services: To major cities, these are usually received in 4-7 business days.
2) Express International Shipping: To major cities, these are usually received in 2-4 business days.
Orders must be placed prior to 3pm AEST for same day dispatch.
If your location is slightly more remote, you will be notified after purchasing and your order can take up to 10 business days. There can be occasional customs or courier delays which may affect your delivery time frame. Please allow for 1-2 working days to pick and pack your order.
Our cut-off time for same day dispatch is 3:00 PM, AEST.
Orders placed during the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO SHIP MY ORDER?
Réalisation charges a flat postal rate of $15 USD for standard shipping and $29 USD for express shipping.
The shipping price is a flat rate regardless of your location or how many pieces you order.
WILL I HAVE TO PAY ANY TAXES OR DUTIES ON TOP OF MY ORDER?
Regulations for import duties and taxes as they relate to international purchases made online vary from country to country. Please be aware that Réalisation will not be held responsible for any possible duties and taxes which may be applied to your order by customs in the country where delivery is made.
The responsibility for any custom duties, foreign taxes or other fees, which may be imposed to your order, will rest with the customer and will not be reimbursed. Please contact your local customs offices if you would like to seek more information regarding taxes and duties applicable in your own country. In the instance of calculating your order value, please remember that all our prices are charged in US Dollars.
Australian customers, please note that any individual order over the value of $1000 AUD will incur incoming tax duties.
HOW CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been shipped, we send you an email containing a tracking number, which allows you to easily, and quickly locate the progress of your order. Please allow 48 hours from the time of order is first placed until tracking information is made available, and your order status is changed to 'Shipped'. As we ship orders Monday - Friday AEST, tracking details can only be supplied on weekdays.
Please note that your order will be marked with the status 'Order Received' or 'Awaiting Pick Up' until tracking details have been supplied to us by the carrier. Therefore, your order status will not be changed to 'Shipped' until after it is already in transit. Typically, the day after an order is actually shipped. If you did not receive this email with tracking details after 48 hours of placing your order, please feel free to contact us at: email@example.com.

We offer global shipping with a flat rate standard or express shipping option to all destinations.
WHERE IS REALISATION PRODUCED?
Réalisation Par is designed by Australians and produced in China.
All our garment prints are trademarked. We design, print and dye all our own fabrics which are original designs made by our Los Angeles based Art Director.
WHAT IF THE ITEM I RECEIVED IS DAMAGED OR FAULTY?
We strive to ensure all items sold are of the highest standard and quality. However, if you have a concern with a faulty or damaged item, please contact us straight away at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can review the matter.
HOW DO I REQUEST A RETURN?
You can request a return via your Réalisation online account, or simply e-mail email@example.com so we can allocate a Returns Authorisation (RA) number for you.
Please note that we are unable to refund initial shipping charges for goods returned, other than for faulty items. We are also unable to refund return postage costs.Once the items have been received, you will either receive your new item (for exchanges) or full refund (excluding original shipping cost). Réalisation cannot be held liable for the loss of garments being returned. We recommend using a registered post service to return goods, and keeping a record of the tracking details.
WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?
We understand that sometimes things just don't work out, therefore, Réalisation will accept returns and exchanges on all our pieces provided the request is made within the specified returns window and returned in as-new condition with all tags attached and original packaging. To facilitate a return all items need to be sent our returns centre located in Los Angeles, California.
Please note that during promotional periods, items purchased using a discount or promotional code are typically eligible for exchange or store credit only. Subject to the terms and conditions of the individual promotion.
If you wish to return an item(s) please take note of the below policies:
You must request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving the item.
Please send a photo of the return postage receipt as proof of shipping.
The item(s) must be in original condition with the original packaging and with all tags still attached.
Items returned without the tag attached, or in its original condition will not be accepted.
We cannot accept garments that have makeup or deodorant marks or any kind of stains, or garments that smell of perfume. Please take care when trying on garments if you may wish to return it.
Item(s) must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
Réalisation offers exchanges, store credit or a full refund on the original garment price (excluding original and return shipping cost) on items. Unfortunately, we cannot accept any returns that do not meet these requirements.
WHAT SIZE SHOULD I ORDER?
We understand it can be difficult to figure out your sizing. Our items are considered true to size so stick with what you would normally wear. However, we supply all measurements of each for your reference on the SIZING page. We have also outlined the size the model is wearing in the online store, which can help as a guide. Please take note of the fit notes on the individual product pages, as some of our dress styles can be quite mini, and may not be suitable for customers over a certain height. ORDER STATUSES - WHAT DO THESE MEAN?
Order Received / Awaiting Pick Up:
Your order has been received and sent to our warehouse for pack and ship. Your order status will appear as 'Order Received' until such time as the tracking details are received by DHL
and related carriers. This means your order status won't be changed to 'Shipped', until after your package is already
in transit and on it's way to you.
Your order has been shipped and tracking details have now been uploaded to the system, so that you can track your order. You will be sent an email notification advising your or your tracking number.
This means that one or more of your items has been shipped with more to follow in a seperate package. This may be used when one or more of the items purchased was a pre-order item and due to be shipped at a later date.
A return request for exchange, refund or store credit has been made against your order.
A return request has now been finalised.
In the instance of exchanges, you will receive a follow up email with new order details.
A refund has been issued against your order, and sent back via your original payment method.
Please allow up to 10 working days from date of issue for refunded amounts to clear back into your account.
Your order has been cancelled.

CANCELLATION OF OR CHANGES TO ORDERS:
Please note that orders cannot be changed or cancelled once processed. Should you no longer want your purchase after placing the order, you will need to submit a return request and send the unwanted items back once received. Please note Réalisation cannot be held liable for the reimbursement of any associated shipping costs for change of mind purchases or the submission of incorrect shipping details when placing your order.
